Job Title: Gen AI Developer

Vserve Ebusiness Solutions is looking for an experienced Generative AI Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the development and deployment of advanced AI-driven models and solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in generative AI technologies, playing a key role in driving innovation and integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities into our services. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of generative AI models tailored to business needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify AI-driven opportunities and optimize processes.

- Provide expert guidance on AI model training, fine-tuning, and optimization, ensuring solutions meet performance and business requirements.

- Fine-tune existing open-source models or develop telecom-specific Generative AI solutions.

- Implement best practices for AI development, including model validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

- Stay updated on the latest AI trends, advancements, and methodologies, and apply them to enhance existing models.

- Mentor and guide junior team members in AI projects, fostering a learning culture within the team.

- Conduct research and develop proof of concepts (POCs) for innovative AI solutions.

- Clearly communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between technical teams and business units.

- Collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and business teams to drive AI-powered initiatives.

- Establish and monitor key metrics to measure the success and performance of AI :

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in data science, with strong expertise in generative AI technologies.

- 5+ years of experience with data querying (e.g., SQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python).

- Experience in the telecommunications domain is highly preferred.

- Strong hands-on experience with fine-tuning AI models (e.g., SBERT, ScaNN, PaLM, ChatGPT, LLM).

- Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including language modeling, sequence-to-sequence architectures, and semantic

understanding.

- Technical proficiency in data science tools and platforms such as Python, JavaScript, MongoDB, AWS/GCP, and API integrations.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
