Performance Tester :

Roles and responsibilities :

- 3+ year of experience in performance testing or related field.

- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g, JMeter, LoadRunner).

- Understanding of performance testing methodologies and principles.

- Basic programming skills (e.g, Java, Python, C++).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Execute performance tests (load, stress, endurance, etc.) using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner or custom scripts.

- Develop and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios.

- Analyze test results, identify trends, and report findings.

- Collaborate with performance engineers to identify root causes and recommend optimizations.

- Participate in test planning, test data management, and test environment setup.

- Ensure test coverage and accuracy.

Location : Ghansoli, Navi Mumba.

Desirable : Experience in performance testing or related field.

Work Mode : Work From Office.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Developing test plans, scripts, and other test methods to ensure that products work as intended

- Should coordinate with the stakeholder to gather non-functional requirements and prepare technical Performance Test (PT)plans.

- Coordinating with other team members such as developers, quality assurance engineers, and project managers to ensure projects are completed successfully

- Work with QA Analysts and Developers to ensure that all aspects of the system have proper testing coverage and overall system reliability, performance and quality

- Creating documentation of all testing activities and results Conducting performance tests to measure system performance over time or under different conditions

- Analysing data to identify potential problems with the product or process
