Job Title: Power Pages Developer with Agent Development

Experience: 6+ years

About the Role:

We are looking for skilled Power Pages Developers with experience in Agent Development. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in building and customizing Power Pages, along with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Power Platform technologies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing dynamic, scalable web applications and CRM solutions that enhance user experience and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Pages applications with a focus on agent experience and seamless user interaction.
  • Develop custom solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, liquid scripting, CSS, HTML, and Bootstrap to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Implement complex business logic using Power Automate (Flows), Logic Apps, and other Power Platform tools.
  • Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM by developing plugins, workflows, and custom integrations.
  • Build and maintain Canvas Apps and other Power Platform components to automate business processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Pages and associated applications ensuring high availability and performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Power Pages development and Agent Development.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio for building intelligent agent experiences.
  • Expertise in CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, and liquid scripting to create dynamic, responsive web pages.
  • Hands-on experience with Logic Apps, Power Automate for workflow automation.
  • Experience in CRM development, including plugin implementation and customization in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Ability to build and customize Canvas Apps within the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in offshore or remote delivery models.
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft Power Platform components and integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
