Product Manager - KYCLocation: Pune (Aundh) - Work From OfficeOpportunity:We are building an onboarding platform that will enable onboarding of users at 10xthe current scale. We are looking to hire a Product Manager in our Product team,who believes in the mission, and is excited by the opportunity we are chasing.At OneCard, Product development is an extremely collaborative effort betweenengineering, design, and customer-facing teams. You’d be joining a small team ofexperienced Product Managers who have helped build successful products.What you will do:Work with designers and developers to design and create KYC flows formultiple bank partnersWork on onboarding new Issuance PartnersRevisit existing KYC flows to change flows as per business requirementsAssist the larger Onboarding Product team in helping improving theonboarding experienceBuild products or features to assist backend teams for enabling customeronboardingParticipate in contributing ideas, updates and product development areas tothe larger teamsContinuous interaction with Vendors and Issuance Partners for solutionmanagement and upgradesRun Sprints to deliver features as per backlogCheck for KYC adherence in live processesManage the customer complaints and queriesExperience Range:5-8 years product experience in consumer space, with 1-2 years experience in KYC.Experience of working in BFSI sector, preferably worked on high volume user platforms.You may be a good fit if you can think in terms of the big picture, but deliver on the detailsYou observe users and talk to them to get insights for building productsYou have a nose for great products, and advocate for new features with qualitative and quantitative reasoningYou do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, whether that means writing a QA plan or hunting down the root cause of a user’s frustration. This is very important as we're rapidly growingYou can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plansYou communicate with empathy and exceptional precisionYou are technical enough to ask engineers good questions about architecture and product decisions alikeBeyond just shipping new products, you obsess about continuous product improvementFPL Technologies is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
