Job Title: Assistant Designer & Video Editor (Part-Time / Remote, PST Hours)


We are a fast-growing performance agency that helps DTC, eCommerce, and lifestyle brands scale through ads that actually convert. We blend strategy, design, and performance to deliver creative that sells — not just looks good.


Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Assistant Designer & Video Editor to support our lead designer on ad creatives, social content, and short-form video editing.

This role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years of design and video experience who understands how visuals influence clicks, conversions, and brand perception.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design Meta, Google, and TikTok ad creatives (static + motion).
  • Create short-form videos and reels for ads and organic social.
  • Edit YouTube and UGC-style videos for paid campaigns and brand storytelling.
  • Design social media posts and story templates following brand guidelines.
  • Assist with landing page visual assets (banners, thumbnails, and layout mockups).
  • Manage, organize, and optimize design/video assets for internal use.
  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Designer and Account Managers for feedback and final delivery.


Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in graphic design + video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve/Final Cut).
  • Knowledge of Figma and Canva is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of marketing-driven design — what makes ads scroll-stopping and clickable.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Must work PST hours (regardless of location).

Compensation


  • Hours: 15 to 20 hours/week to start (potential to grow into full-time)
