- Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and SQL

- Understanding of database security and compliance standards.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Proven track record of successfully migrating databases from on-premises environments to the AWS cloud

- Experience with data transformation and ETL processes during database migration

- Proficiency in using the AWS Database Migration Service and related tools for seamless database migration

- Ability to assess existing on-premises databases, identify migration challenges, and develop migration strategies.

- Familiarity with database backup, recovery, and rollback procedures during migration

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
