As Product Manager 2 for the IDfy360 POD, you will:

  • Drive the complete revamp of the Journey Builder — the heart of our workflow engine
  • Integrate Risk, Video, and AI modules into IDfy360, leading to the creation of OnboardIQ
  • Own delivery and deployment of these capabilities for global customers, working across product, engineering, design, GTM, and client teams

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where the platform literally evolves around your decisions.


We Are the Perfect Match If You:

  • Have 4–5 years of total experience and 3–5 years of hands-on PM experience
  • Have built or managed B2B SaaS / platform products, ideally involving configurable workflows, API-first systems, or enterprise modules
  • Have previously coded OR worked as a data analyst — you can talk APIs, data flows, architecture, reliability, and workflows without a translator
  • Comfort with low-code/no-code thinking, workflow engines, and modular platform design
  • Understand security, compliance, and enterprise SLAs
  • Great at breaking down ambiguous platform problems
  • Strong customer empathy — you can listen, decode, and translate into clean product requirements
  • Obsessed with usability, clarity, and stability
  • Confident working with global clients, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Pragmatic: you optimise for forward momentum, not perfection


What Your Day Would Look:

  • Partner closely with engineering on system design, platform scalability, and technical trade-offs
  • Work with Solutioning & Delivery teams to implement 360 for global enterprise clients
  • Conduct deep dives into client needs, workflows, and edge cases
  • Write crisp PRDs, refine requirements, test thoroughly, and drive features from idea → rollout → adoption
  • Ensure the platform becomes stable, predictable, and delightful for both internal and external users
  • Collaborate with Design to create intuitive, no-friction configuration experiences
  • Reduce complexity, increase reliability, and scale 360 across different industries
