We’re looking for a dedicated US Accountant to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad.


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented US Accountant with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in US accounting practices. The ideal candidate should be proficient in QuickBooks (Online and Desktop), possess a strong understanding of GAAP, and be capable of managing multiple client accounts with accuracy and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities for US-based clients
  • Prepare and maintain general ledgers, financial statements, and bank reconciliations
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, payroll, and taxes
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of financial reports
  • Utilize QuickBooks and other relevant tools for bookkeeping and accounting
  • Respond to client queries and provide financial insights as needed


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • years of relevant experience in US accounting and financial services
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online & Desktop) is a must
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IRS regulations
  • Experience with accounting tools and cloud-based platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills


Work Environment:

  • Work from our Ahmedabad office
  • Night shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (US shift)

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Experience working in a US-based CPA or accounting firm
  • Familiarity with tools like Xero, Zoho Books, or other accounting software
