Creospan is hiring for a Sr. Java Reactive Developer @ Pune Kharadi.
We are looking for talented techies to join our team and grow with us.
Role: Sr. Java Reactive Developer.
Location: Pune Kharadi Hybrid.
Experience: 9+ Years.
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days only.
Job requirement:
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and reactive programming frameworks such as Spring WebFlux, Akka, or Vert.x.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Architect and implement microservices-based architectures that are resilient, fault-tolerant, and highly available.
- Optimize application performance through continuous profiling, tuning, and monitoring.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Java and reactive Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java.
- Extensive experience in developing reactive applications using frameworks such as Spring WebFlux, Akka, or Vert.x.
- Solid understanding of asynchronous and non-blocking programming concepts.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
