Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for multiple business verticals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain adherence to tax laws, accounting standards, and internal audit controls.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to strengthen financial discipline.
  • Lead a team of finance executives, fostering skill development and ensuring high performance.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund allocation to meet business objectives efficiently.
  • Partner with senior management to support business decisions with financial insight and analysis.
  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and banks for audits, compliance, and funding requirements.
  • Provide meaningful variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve profitability.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Master’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance; CA or MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance operations, or FP&A roles.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end financial management and reporting in logistics, supply chain, or tech-enabled sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, accounting principles (Ind AS), and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience managing teams.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
