Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with expertise in coding, algorithms, data structures, and design principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in core backend Java development and extensive experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems.

Responsibilities :

- Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend systems using Java.

- Implementing algorithms and data structures to optimize system efficiency and scalability.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.

- Writing clean, efficient, and well-tested code.

- Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure system reliability and stability.

- Performance tuning and optimization of existing codebase.

- Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.

- Staying up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Java Backend Developer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles.

- Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and their application in real-world scenarios.

- Experience with core backend technologies such as Spring Framework, Hibernate, or similar frameworks.

- Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
