Who are we looking for?Someone who lives, breathes and expresses oneself through 'design' in its many manifestations in & across a digital-first ecosystemWorking with our awesome marketing team, you'll be responsible for for conceptualizing, visualizing, designing and evolving our visual identity. You'd be our go-to for delivering top-notch creatives and graphics -(still & motion)-.What your workday would look like?Think, act and design for digital.Develop and strengthen brand assets including style and brand guidelines.Deliver high-quality, on-brand graphics -(still & motion)- to support a superior digital & performance marketing.Independently perform med-to-high complexity creative tasks that are cohesive, simple, intuitive and customer centric.Produce creative assets including graphics, templates, and layouts and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels. These include web, social media, events, email campaigns, and other activitiesAbility to refine other people's ideas and come up with new ones to create high quality creative outcomes.Analyze, report and improve your designs; iteratively with each initiative.What's the qualifying criteria?A powerful portfolio demonstrating your creative capacity, aesthetic sensibilities, and technical expertise; preferably with business casesHigh proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) and other design software suited for designing still and motion graphics.0 to 1 years of experience in designing for digital advertising on Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn; among others.Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a team and yet deliver as an individual contributor.
