We’re looking for a Senior Architect to lead the design and development of modular building systems that combine Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles with architectural innovation. You’ll translate client aspirations into modular, scalable designs that drive efficiency, aesthetics, and user delight.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams — from R&D and manufacturing to EPC execution — ensuring designs are practical, manufacturable, and ready for rapid deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Client-Centric Design
• Engage with clients to understand functional, aesthetic, and contextual needs.
• Translate requirements into modular architectural solutions aligned with DFMA and company MBT principles.
• Create scalable and adaptable design frameworks that meet diverse user needs.

• Systemized Design Development
• Formulate architectural design strategies that balance creativity with engineering logic.
• Lead concept-to-proposal design development for EPC submissions.
• Ensure all designs are modular, repeatable, and compliant with manufacturing capabilities.

• DFMA & Constructability Leadership

• Integrate Design for Manufacturing and Assembly principles to ensure factory precision and on-site efficiency.
• Apply Poka Yoke (error-proofing) strategies in design documentation and detailing to minimise construction errors.
• Drive standardisation and optimisation for scalability without compromising design integrity.

• Shop Drawing & Documentation Excellence
• Lead production of detailed shop drawings, modular layouts, and fabrication-ready documents.
• Collaborate with the engineering and site teams to ensure smooth execution and installation.

• Innovation & Collaboration
• Partner with R&D on new modular typologies, materials, and sustainable design strategies.
• Participate in prototyping and testing to validate and evolve design systems

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• 5+ years of experience in building design, with 2+ years in modular, prefab, or DFMA-based construction systems preferred.
• Strong design thinking mindset with the ability to balance aesthetics, manufacturability, and cost.
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and visualisation tools.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, modular detailing, and system-level design.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for sustainability, innovation, and human-centred design.
