Experience : 5-7 years of UKG WFM experience


Mandatory Skills : UKG WFM Kronos, UKG WFM Pro, Dell Boomi integration, ServiceNow/JIRA


Roles and Responsibilities :


- Utilize 5-7 years of UKG WFM experience to provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and recommendations related to UKG WFM Pro.


- Demonstrate a deep understanding of UKG WFM Pro, including hands-on experience with Del Boomi integration.


- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements for enhancement requests.


- Work closely with stakeholders to understand user requirements and configure applications and workflows accordingly.


- Execute required testing and implement requirements by following the process with ServiceNow/JIRA.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and operation of UKG WFM Pro.


- Stay updated with the latest developments in UKG WFM Pro and related technologies to provide innovative solutions.


- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.


Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


- 5-7 years of experience with UKG WFM Pro, including hands-on experience with Del Boomi integration.


- Proficiency in ServiceNow/JIRA for requirement implementation.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.


- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
