Eligibility Criteria:

· Multi-lingual candidates preferred (English, Hindi, and Gujarati)

· Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in study abroad expertise.

· Counselled students for overseas education in countries like the UK, CANADA, AUSTRALIA and EUROPE

· Should have experience in multiple countries

· Good in MS Office, CRM, analytics, and metrics

· Qualification - Graduate


Location: AHMEDABAD


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Make daily calls to leads, follow up consistently, and convert them into prospective students.

· Conduct comprehensive counselling sessions to understand students’ academic profiles, career goals, interests, and financial capabilities.

· Guide students in choosing suitable countries, universities, and programs aligned with their aspirations and eligibility.

· Provide detailed information on study destinations, course outcomes, and post-study work opportunities.

· Counsel students and parents on tuition fees, living costs, and funding options.

· Support students in arranging and verifying financial documents for admissions and visa filing.

· Advise students on available scholarships, application fee waivers, and education loan assistance.

· Coordinate with the processing team to ensure timely completion of all applications and maintain high service standards.

· Provide step-by-step guidance on visa application procedures and documentation.

· Prepare students for visa interviews through mock sessions and personalised coaching.

· Conduct seminars in Colleges / Institutions to promote overseas education opportunities.

· Attend online and in-person training sessions conducted by universities to stay updated on programs, intakes, and admission requirements.

· Maintain accurate records of daily calls, counselling sessions, applications, and conversions.

· Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to the management team.

· Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure a seamless and high-quality student experience.


Qualifications

  • Educational Consulting, Education skills and Telecalling skills
  • Student Counselling and Career Counselling skills
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience in international education systems is a plus
  • Relevant degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field
