Job Description :
- Hands on experience in developing Analog Layout /IO layout design.
- Candidate should work independently on block level and chip level Analog layout design, coordinating with the circuit designer & the layout lead
- Candidate should have Good exposure on FinFet layouts in lower nodes.
- Custom layout experience in high frequency circuits such as LNAs, BBF, BIAS, Mixers, VCOs, DAC, ADC, PLL, LDO etc.
- Full Understanding of IC fabrication and reliability issues
- Full familiarity with Cadence - Virtuoso, PVS, ASSURA and Calibre tools
- Expertise in using the best and latest features of Cadence and Calibre DRC/LVS.
- The ability to work & communicate effectively with global engineering teams.
- Knowledge of deep sub - micron layout effects like WPE, LOD, PSE, etc.
