You’ll work closely with the team to bring Airlearn’s brand voice to life across social platforms. What You'll Do: Content Creation & Strategy – Help brainstorm, create, and post engaging content across TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.Stay on Top of Trends – Monitor trending hashtags, audio, memes, and challenges, and figure out how we can tap into them.Community Engagement – Reply to comments and engage with our audience to build a strong, interactive community.Analyze & Optimize – Track what’s working (and what’s not), using insights to improve our social strategy.What You Need: A Social Media Addict (in a Good Way) – You live and breathe content, knowing what works on different platforms.Creative Storyteller – You can craft captions, hooks, and scripts that capture attention instantly. Basic Video Editing Skills – Experience with CapCut, InShot, Canva, or any simple editing tools is a plus.Analytical Thinker – You don’t just create content; you look at data to see what’s working.Trend-Savvy – You know what’s blowing up online before everyone else does.Engaging Communicator – You can chat, interact, and build conversations with our audience naturally.
