We're a close-knit group, from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures.Role DescriptionAt Nykaa, we are in a unique position to change the way people shop for beauty products in the digital and physical world. We are looking for an exceptional UX Designer to help build best-in-class digital experiences for our B2B business. For this role, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, product designers, and creative teams to make sure you gasp their business needs not only to attract their audiences but also continuously enable customer delight in the product. You will be part of core UX team responsible for product growth, conversions, and many other product-business metrics. You will be diving deeper into research for understanding the user behavior and create case studies. You will enable new and innovative ways to indulge users with experiences that simplify their browsing journey and improve the overall product growth metrics. You have to continuously monitor and execute design systems for scaling the product and continuously improve user delight using interaction design. You will be driving a data centric design process in the team and enable data thinking for decision making in design.Responsibilities• You're actively involved in defining product strategy for growth and innovation, and own performance• Your collaboration skills with product management, engineering and business teams are unparalleled.• Think in terms of design systems and make rational design decisions within a complex company structure.• Come up with hypotheses and conduct experiments using data. Supervise some work of others in your pod• Deliver excellence in a fast-paced environment with short feedback loops.• Finding insights from data and drive data driven design projectsRequirements• Know how to conduct and drive UX Research projects. Advocate for accessibility, usability and innovation within the organization.• You can think through user problems, find solutions, create high-fidelity mockups and interactions by working with engineers to build them.• You look for opportunities to solve problems in innovative ways that are feasible at scale. Enough experience while working/ creating a design system.• You have at least 5 years of hands-on work experience in UX design on web, iOS and Android.• Managing multiple design projects and priorities in a fast-paced, iterative environment.• You understand the technical limitations and liberties behind your decisions and are capable of communicating your ideas to stakeholders.• Expert in Figma or any other similar tool for high-fidelity Ul. Understand Data and utilize it in the design process to deliver customer delight.• You have an online portfolio that demonstrates your dedication to design process and interaction design.• You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical work experience in UX Design.• Work experience that involves atleast 2 live projects in B-2-B industry or relevant e-commerce experience
