Objective of the role:Catering Manager's Key responsibilities often include managing staff, coordinating budgets, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction, and implementing strategies to improve business performance. This opening is for Mumbai. Location: Mira- BhayandarOnly local Mumbai Candidates are preferred. Role & Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Identify and target new business opportunities in corporate, social, and wedding markets.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Prepare and present catering proposals and contracts.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.Event Coordination & Execution:Work with guests to understand their event requirements, budgets, and expectations.Coordinate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure quality and client satisfaction.Address and resolve any issues that arise during events.Administrative & Financial Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, bookings, and contracts.Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Work within budget guidelines to maximize profitability.Developing menus, hiring and supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualification & Skills required:more than 12+ years work experience in catering, hospitality, or restaurant management is crucial.A bachelor's degree or accredited course in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field is often preferred.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines is essential.Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and sales to maximize revenue.
