Linux System Administrator

Job Title: Linux AdministratorExperience: 5 to 8 YearsWork Mode: RemoteJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Linux Administrator to support and manage enterprise-scale Linux environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Red Hat, Oracle Enterprise Linux, or SUSE Linux, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Key Responsibilities:Perform end-to-end Linux System Administration, including OS patching, incident management, and fulfillment of user requests.Provide 3rd-level support for all Oracle Enterprise Linux and Red Hat Linux servers within the organization.Investigate and resolve Incident and Service Request tickets in a timely manner.Participate in project discussions, change management, problem management, and other meetings to ensure production stability.Support the evolution of Red Hat/Oracle Enterprise Linux by testing and validating new products, upgrades, and patches.Participate in Disaster Recovery activities (DR bubble tests) and contribute to infrastructure improvements.Ensure day-to-day operations, system security, performance, and availability of Linux environments.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Red Hat, Oracle, or SUSE Linux.Strong Linux administration skills including OS patching, system performance tuning, and troubleshooting.Proficiency in Bash scripting for automation and system tasks.Experience with Ansible (CLI and Tower) for configuration management and orchestration.Experience supporting enterprise-level Linux environments and providing L2/L3 support.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.About IGT Solutions:IGT Solutions is a next-gen customer experience (CX) company, defining and delivering transformative experiences for the global and most innovative brands using digital technologies.
