Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Define scope, objectives, and milestones. Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and drive end-to-end execution.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, design, QA, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders. Ensure transparent communication, timely updates, and issue resolution.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks. Manage escalations with clarity and speed.
  • Budget & Resource Oversight: Ensure projects are delivered within budget, timeline, and with optimal resource utilization.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and post-mortems.

Ideal Profile

  • 8–12 years of experience managing medium to large-scale projects
  • Proven success in handling multiple concurrent projects with distributed teams
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid)
  • Adept with tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, Confluence, or similar
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Certified Practitioner
  • Experience in [industry/domain] (e.g., SaaS, IT services, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Strong technical background (for tech projects), or domain expertise (for non-tech)
