This role is ideal for a fast learner who thrives in a startup environment and can quickly adapt to evolving technical challenges and simulation initiatives.Job Description:Build & refine warehouse/production simulation models using Discrete Event Simulation and visualization toolsDevelop a full understanding of our 3D twin project platform software: Rockwell Emulate3d. Automate workflows using scripting (python/c#), develop internal simulation libraries & toolsSupport pre-sales solutioning, PoCs, performance benchmarking & throughput studiesCollaborate with hardware, controls, product & deployment teams to translate simulation insights into real-world impactValidating simulation results: Comparing simulation results with real-world data and making necessary adjustments to ensure model accuracy and reliability.Preferred Qualifications1-2 years experience in simulation, industrial engineering or relevant R&D domainStrong programming experience in any mainstream ecosystem Python/Javascript/C#/CFamiliarity with any 3D modelling and visualization tools such as AutoCad, Blender, Fusion360 that translates to our vendor platform is essentialA good understanding of communication protocols, serial/rs232/rs485/uart, ethernet/tcp-ip etcDegree in Engineering / Physics / Mathematics / Industrial SystemsExperience in manufacturing, automation or robotics strongly preferredStrong analytical reasoning — ability to model, experiment, diagnose inefficienciesExcellent communication & ability to handle ambiguity in new projects
