What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll run the show behind the scenes, making sure people, processes, and operations all click together.
- Payroll: Always on time, always accurate - no surprises.
- Contracts & Staffing: From temp hires to long-term staffing, you’ll keep coordination smooth.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: From welcome kits to exit formalities, you’ll create an experience that feels seamless.
- Compliance & Documentation: Policies, audits, and paperwork kept tight and ready.
- Office & Admin: Vendors, budgets, and daily operations - nothing slips through.
- Employee Experience: Engagement, support, and those small fixes that make work life easier.
Who You Are
You thrive on making order out of chaos. You’ve managed payroll, compliance, and HR processes before, and you balance attention to detail with people skills.
