We're looking for experienced Sr. Hardware Design Engineers with 6–9 years of industry experience to join our dynamic team Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new hardware products and enhance existing designs through re-design and value engineering (VAVE).Identify cost-out opportunities without compromising quality.Design and develop schematics for digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics circuits.Lead PCBA prototyping, board bring-up, testing, and debugging.Prepare detailed design documents, validation plans, and test cases.Support design for test (DFT) and design for manufacturing (DFM) strategies.Provide detailed requirements for PCBA functional testing. What We’re Looking For Education: BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields. ✅ Skills & Experience:Strong analog design: precision amplifiers, sensors (thermocouple, RTD), ADC/DACs.Power electronics: LDOs, switching regulators, HV circuits, AC-DC converters.Communication interfaces: SPI, I2C, LVDS, USB, Ethernet.Experience with ARM processors, FPGA/CPLD.Proficient with PCBA processes, component lifecycle, RoHS/REACH compliance.Hands-on with tools like Altium, OrCAD, Mentor Graphics.Skilled in using DSO, logic/spectrum analyzers, EMI/EMC simulators.Ability to perform part substitution and alternate design analysis for cost reduction.
