About the role : Backend-Python Developer(SDE II)

We are growing at 300% YoY growth rate. Led by Software Experts from IITs & NITs, Primathon's mission is to solve quality software engineering problems in the industry.

For this role, we are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are looking to grow at a rocket speed and build and take the highest quality software's to production in the initial journey itself.

Roles and Responsibility :

- Write effective and scalable code in python

- Testing and debugging programs and integrating applications with third-party web services like - Updating data on different types of databases based on some business logic, Interacting with files on remote SFTP server through python script, calling third party rest apis depending on different use cases

- Database design & backend application development

- Effective communication across stakeholders

- Understanding project requirements, provide technical solutions & implement them

- Constantly upgrading oneself in one or multiple techstack

Required skills :

- Minimum 2 Years of Python programming experience

- Broad experience in designing, programming, and implementing solutions using third party apis and database integrations

- Expertise with any of the popular Python frameworks (like Django, Flask,FastAPl etc).

- Working knowledge with any of the NoSQL or SQL databases is good to have

- You should have decent understanding of DSA

- You should have a B.Tech/BE in CSE/EE/ECE

- Be confident with Git and with Unix shell.

- Have good communication and collaboration skills.

- Working knowledge with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to innovate and enhance Al-driven solutions.

- Work with advanced GenAl technologies, including OpenAl API, ChatGPT, GPT-4.

- Optimise data retrieval and storage using vector databases.

- Logical reasoning, Project understanding(if any), Quick learner

- Design and implement robust architectures using Langchain and Langgraph.

Good to have skills :

- Having experience with JavaScript

- Have any experience of delivering end to end products

- Have any experience with backend development

- Having experience with fine-tuning techniques.
