We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Architect with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team.

The Test Automation Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in test automation tools and frameworks, as well as experience in software testing methodologies and practices.

Responsibilities :

Test Automation Strategy :

- Develop and implement test automation strategies, frameworks, and processes to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.

- Define standards and best practices for test automation across projects and teams.

Framework Design and Implementation :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.

- Implement reusable and scalable test automation components and libraries to support continuous testing practices.

Test Case Development :

- Collaborate with QA engineers and developers to identify test scenarios and develop automated test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.

- Write and maintain automated test scripts using programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) :

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and deployment.

- Configure and manage test execution environments and infrastructure to support automated testing processes.

Test Data Management :

- Develop and maintain test data management strategies and processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across test environments.

- Implement data-driven testing approaches to validate application functionality under different data scenarios.

Reporting and Analysis :

- Generate test automation reports and metrics to track test coverage, execution results, and defect trends.

- Analyze test automation results and provide recommendations for improving test coverage and product quality.

Technical Skills Required :

- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.

- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation scripting.

- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and practices, including functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

- Strong understanding of test data management principles and techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in test automation roles, with a focus on designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
