Responsibilities

  • Inputting and Updating Data:
  • Entering financial transactions, such as invoices, receipts, and other relevant data, into accounting software or spreadsheets.
  • Maintaining Financial Records:
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
  • Reconciling Accounts:
  • Comparing financial records with bank statements or other sources to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Processing Transactions:
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including generating invoices and processing payments.
  • Generating Reports:
  • Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, as needed.
  • Verifying Data Accuracy:
  • Checking for errors and inconsistencies in financial data and making necessary corrections.
  • Assisting with Audits:
  • Providing support during financial audits by retrieving and organizing relevant data.
  • Maintaining Confidentiality:
  • Ensuring the privacy and security of sensitive financial information.
