About the Role

We're looking for a Health Pre-Sales Consultant (Intern) to join our remote team at FUME, one of India's fastest-growing wellness startups helping thousands reverse chronic lifestyle disorders naturally.

This is a client-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact in someone's health journey. You will speak to leads who've shown interest after watching our training, understand their symptoms and goals, and guide them toward the most appropriate next step — which may involve recommending further consultation or a health program.

As a representative of a leading wellness brand, we expect you to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle that aligns with our mission of inspiring transformation.

This role is ideal for young doctors who want to apply their clinical knowledge in a fast-growing digital wellness company while gaining real-world experience in client handling, communication, and health consulting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 1:1 Zoom consultations (20–30 mins) with warm leads
  • Review basic health reports, symptoms, and form submissions
  • Communicate root-cause understanding in simple terms
  • Build trust and explain recommended next steps clearly
  • Maintain accurate records of all conversations and outcomes
  • Collaborate with senior health coaches and support team for resolution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in BHMS, BAMS, MBBS, BNYS, or other healthcare/medical backgrounds
  • Comfortable with online consultations (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Maintains a healthy and fit lifestyle to represent the brand's wellness values
  • Confident and empathetic in front-facing conversations
  • Interest in lifestyle medicine, functional medicine, or preventive healthcare
  • Ability to manage time, take notes, and follow structured consultation flows
