Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PI/PO Consultant with 5-9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Business Connector development and possess strong technical skills in integrating SAP systems.

This role involves designing, developing, and managing SAP PI/PO interfaces and ensuring seamless communication between SAP and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP Business Connector Development :

- Develop and maintain flow services in SAP Business Connector.

- Create, manage, and test flows, ensuring they meet business requirements.

- Load catalogs and configure services as needed.

Communication and Integration :

- Implement synchronous and asynchronous communication with SAP systems via RFC, tRFC, and qRFC.

- Enable bidirectional communication to and from SAP systems.

- Develop higher-level services to process SAP IDocs and BAPIs.

XML and Internet Enabling :

- Enable XML and internet capabilities for existing SAP releases.

- Support unified error handling for BAPIs and RFCs on the XML level.

- Integrate SAP systems over the Internet, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.

System Integration :

- Design and implement complete SAP system integration solutions.

- Route IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs to appropriate systems and services.

- Support IDoc, BAPI, and RFC-XML processing and routing.

Advanced Tools and Services :

- Utilize built-in BAPI tools for efficient development and maintenance.

- Implement database adapters via JDBC for seamless data integration.

- Manage email processing (inbound and outbound) and communication via FTP (inbound and outbound).

Error Handling and Support :

- Provide support for unified error handling mechanisms for BAPIs and RFCs.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and improve integration processes.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5-9 years of experience as an SAP PI/PO Consultant with a focus on SAP Business Connector development.

- Strong expertise in creating and managing flow services in SAP Business Connector.

- Experience with synchronous and asynchronous communication using RFC, tRFC, and qRFC.

- Proficiency in bidirectional communication and processing of SAP IDocs and BAPIs.

- Knowledge of XML enabling and internet integration for SAP systems.

- Experience with database adapters via JDBC, email processing, and FTP communication.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- SAP certification in PI/PO or related modules is preferred.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in SAP integration.
