Manage the properties in the most efficient and profitable manner possible in the existing market conditions consistent with the goals and objectives of the companyEffectively maintain knowledge of property and competitive Properties practices through consistent evaluation of market conditions and trendsEvaluate and recommend changes on rent/pricing strategies.

Interact regularly with the landlord, developer and property consultants for the region
