  • Gather metrics data and prepare management dashboards.
  • Lead IT and Infosec governance review meetings for continuous improvement.

  • Develop templates for incident reporting and assist in incident investigation.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in information security with at least 4 years in IT and Infosec governance.
  • Knowledge in defining processes, developing policies, and preparing management dashboards.
  • Experience in guiding teams with RBI IT guidelines.
  • Skills in enterprise governance, risk, and compliance strategies.
  • Ability to document details concisely and understandably.
  • Industry-recognized certificates like ITIL and ISO 27001 are desired.
  • Ability to lead projects and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Passionate about IT/information security with updated knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations including PCI, ISO 27001, CIS, and NIST.
  • Preferably candidates with BFSI experience.
  • Understanding of public cloud models (e.g., AWS, Google, Microsoft Azure) and their security.
