Primary Responsibilities:

Partner with the Product Manager to develop and maintain a technically feasible product roadmap, develop solutions for business problems, and meet and/or exceed product roadmap delivery schedulesWork with the Product Manager to scope, design, define, measure, and iteratively deliver innovative experiences to SCA customersLead large software projects from ideation to executionBuild complex, responsive, modern, and consistent web applicationsImprove team adherence to coding best practices, test coverage, secure coding techniques, product knowledge, architecture design, and technologiesHelp coach and mentor young engineers technically to prepare them for the next stage in their careerPlay a critical role in the architecture, design, development, and technical decision making of applications in scopeWrite well-designed, well-tested, readable, maintainable codeParticipate in and lead code review sessions to maintain code quality and distribute knowledgeEnsure application releases occur regularly, timely and with high qualityBuild trusting relationships and collaborate within and across all internal teamsEncourage a highly communicative culture that ensures open, transparent, and consistent exchange with key stakeholdersPlay active role in continuous improvement of our lean product-oriented development and delivery processesChampion agile best practices around continuous integration, test-driven development, and continuous deploymentComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other technology related fields2+ years of proven success as a Technical Leader on a software team leading the build and delivery of software from ideation to delivery to support8+ years of experience in:
Microsoft stack technologies (.NET, .NET CORE, C#, Visual Studio, Entity Framework, SQL Server)jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSSAngular, ReactAzure cloud technologies (Functions, Batch, Storage, Key Vault, etc.) or similarAzure DevOpsDevOps practices Experience with agile best practices and related methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.)Experience with transactional databases and caching systemsExperience with test-driven development (unit and integration testing) and continuous integrationExperience with and understanding of best practices in building public, internal APIs, and integration frameworksExperience with scalable, distributed systems using microservices and event-driven architectureExperience with performance tuning production architectureSolid technical background in enterprise software development, preferably in HealthCareSolid knowledge and experience building component-based, responsive web applications with modern JavaScript front-end frameworks (Angular, React etc.), HTML, CSSUnderstanding of design system implementationsUnderstanding of software security best practicesAbility to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersSelf-led, capable of working with little directionSkilled communicator with a collaborative spirit
