HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Cafe) Manager
Location:
Thane (Maharashtra)
Experience: 3- 8 years in the HORECA industry
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HORECA Manager to oversee our operations in the hospitality sector.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the HORECA industry in India, along with proven managerial skills to effectively lead our team and ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee daytoday operations of the HORECA establishment, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- Implement and maintain operational standards to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of supplies at all times.
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, implementing strategies for improvement where necessary.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Schedule shifts and allocate responsibilities effectively to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development.
Customer Service:
- Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated with industry trends and customer preferences to continually improve service offerings.
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the HORECA sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, negotiating contracts and agreements as required.
- Conduct meetings with potential clients, showcasing our offerings and understanding their needs.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to secure contracts for our services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and drive sales.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the establishment.
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes and update policies and procedures accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the HORECA industry in India.
- HORECA Sales experience will be advantage.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Sound knowledge of hospitality operations, including food and beverage management, inventory control, and budgeting.
- Familiarity with industry software and systems (e.g., POS systems, inventory management software).
