Affiliate Marketing

The Affiliate marketing specialist is responsible for planning, designing, execution, quality assurance (QA), maintenance and reporting of Affiliate Marketing activities.

• Create partnerships with Affiliate Networks/ Companies
• Develop strong relationships with top affiliates in all online markets for better placements and visibility of the brand. Monitor affiliate activity, direct publisher and online mobile traffic from unique quality sources and analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and maximize campaign performance
• Implement strategy for on boarding affiliates via programs, including awareness, acquisition and retention tactics to achieve business targets and revenue growth
• Proactively develop and grow the performance ad network, exploring new opportunities, partnerships and formats throughout. Launching new campaigns and bringing more ROI efficiency in the existing campaigns through various multi level optimizations
• Maintain all the reports WRT Affiliate, Marketplaces
• Responsible for sales through Affiliate networks/ Companies/ channels
• Monitoring and reporting on Competitors Affiliate Campaigns and Promotions Digital Marketing, Partner Relationships, ROI, Campaigns, Promotions & Affiliate Marketing.
• Excellent working relations with affiliate marketing networks, direct publishers and app developers for initiating new ROI have driven marketing campaigns
• Excellent oral and written communication in English
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Affiliate marketing of different products (Software products preferred)
• Should have worked with Affiliate networks in the International market (Especially US, UK preferred)
• Should have a thorough understanding on the working of various affiliate networks/ channels/ companies
• Experience with web/app analytics tools
• Strong drive for execution and delivering results. An ambitious selfstarter with excellent followthrough skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in fastpaced environment is crucial
• Experience in the Ecommerce/ Software Industry preferred
• Ability to work with wide range of people at all decisionmaking levels
• Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution
• Keen understanding of online advertising models, especially affiliate Marketing ad platforms
• Strong organizational, planning, problem solving, and decisionmaking skills, and the ability to multitask, work under pressure
