Position Title: Sr. Executive /Assistant Manager Department: Marketing andCommunications

We are seeking a dynamic andversatile Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager to join our team. Theideal candidate will have a strong foundation in market researchcontent creation social media management SEO SEM and clientcommunication. This role requires a proactive individual who canhandle multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with differentdepartments to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research:
    • Conductthorough market research to understand industry trends competitivelandscape and target audiences for our businesssegments.
    • Analyze data to provide actionableinsights and strategic recommendations.
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicatendings to stakeholders.
  2. Presentations and Content:
    • Developcompelling and visually appealing presentations for internal andexternal use.
    • Create highquality content forvarious marketing materials including brochures whitepapers andnewsletters.
    • Collaborate with the design teamto ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines andaesthetics.
  3. SocialMedia Content Creation and Execution:
    • Plan andexecute social media strategies across different platforms (e.g.LinkedIn Facebook Twitter Instagram).
    • Createengaging and relevant content to increase brand awareness andengagement.
    • Monitor social media trends andanalyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  4. SEO & SEM:
    • Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organicsearch rankings and drive website tra c.
    • Develop and execute SEM campaigns including keywordresearch ad creation and performance tracking.
    • Use analytical tools to measure and report on theeffectiveness of SEO and SEM efforts.
  5. Client Communication:
    • Handlebasic client communication tasks as needed ensuring professionaland timely responses.
    • Support client meetingsand presentations providing insights and updates on projectprogress.
    • Assist in the invoicing processensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Quali cations:
  • Education: Masters / Bachelors degree inMarketing Mass Media Communications or a related eld.
  • Experience:
    • 47 years of experiencein marketing market research or a related role.
    • Proven experience in social media management contentcreation SEO and SEM.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical andresearch skills with the ability to interpret data andtrends.
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills. Should have air for contentwriting.
    • Pro ciency in Microsoft O ce Suite(Word Excel PowerPoint) and design tools such as Adobe CreativeSuite.
    • Familiarity with social media platformsand tools like Hootsuite Buffer or similar.
    • Knowledge of SEO and SEM tools like Google AnalyticsGoogle Ads SEMrush or Moz.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Highlyorganized with strong attention to detail.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovativesolutions.
    • Ability to work independently andas part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a fulltime position based in our o cewith occasional travel required for market research meetings andindustry events.
