Looking for a Senior Frontend Developer, who can lead the design and implementation of user interfaces for our web applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into functional and appealing interactive applications.

  • Must have 5+ Years of Experience of Working on ReactJS/JavaScript, NodeJS and AWS.
  • Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:


• Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ReactJS, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to user interactions.


• UI/UX Design Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to implement high-fidelity UI/UX designs, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy and user-centric design principles.


• Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.


• Component Libraries and Reusability: Develop and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Optimise components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.


• CSS Frameworks and Preprocessors: Utilise modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS) and preprocessors (e.g., Sass, LESS) to create scalable and maintainable stylesheets.


• State Management: Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) to manage the application state effectively.


• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of applications, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests. Debug and resolve front-end issues and performance bottlenecks.


• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.


• Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest front-end development trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously improve your skills and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:


• Experience: Proven experience as a front-end developer, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development.


• Proficiency in ReactJS: Extensive experience with ReactJS, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.


• CSS Frameworks: Strong knowledge of CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Foundation, and preprocessors like Sass or LESS.


• JavaScript: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.


• Testing: Experience with front-end testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.


• Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.


• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.


• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Backend Integration: Experience integrating front-end applications with backend services and APIs.


• Performance Optimization: Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and tools.


• UI/UX Design: Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).


• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
