We aim to identify inefficiencies and implement custom automation systems tailored to our clients' needs as well as develop innovative software solutions.

Position Overview:

We are seeking talented Backend Developers to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. As a Backend Developer, you will focus on integrating various automation systems and developing bespoke software solutions to meet the company's and our client's requirements.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement backend solutions for workflow automation.

Develop and maintain databases using technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, etc.

Utilize , JavaScript, and Python to build scalable backend systems and APIs.

Integrate third-party APIs and systems to enable seamless workflow automation.

Work on different automation systems like Make, Zapier, and others, with a strong emphasis on integrations.

Develop custom applications based on client requirements.

Explore and implement no-code automation platforms such as Make, N8N, Retool, Knack, Bubble, etc., with a willingness to learn.

Demonstrate a keen interest in software tools, adapting to the varied toolsets used by our client companies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Backend Developer with proficiency in , JavaScript, and/or Python.

Strong understanding of databases and experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, or similar technologies.

Familiarity with API development and integration techniques.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including no-code automation platforms.

Interest in exploring and mastering a diverse range of software tools used by our clients.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
