Customer Relationship Manager at XYZ Company

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer relationship management campaigns to enhance customer loyalty
  • Establish standardized customer relationship procedures and implement them across all company levels
  • Analyze customer behavior and assess their impact on business outcomes to refine strategies
  • Segment customers based on common attributes and personalize interactions accordingly
  • Execute impactful promotional activities to maximize sales growth and customer retention
  • Utilize existing customer data to generate new leads and potential clients
  • Leverage past customer preferences to enhance engagement with current customers
  • Explore new and cost-effective communication channels with customers
  • Determine the most effective customer engagement approaches and prioritize them
  • Keep customers informed about the latest collections and special promotions to drive sales
  • Embrace emerging trends and tactics to broaden the customer base through techniques like upselling and cross-selling
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to elevate customer interactions and enhance cooperation
  • Communicate execution plans and necessary adjustments to management and administrators
  • Monitor competitors' customer relationship strategies to identify best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Public Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in CRM marketing or advertising within a high-pressure sales environment
  • Proficiency in relevant technical skills and aptitude for staying updated on the latest technologies
  • Experience with SFMC and other tools such as Clevertap, MoEngage, etc
