Job Description

A Full Stack Developer is in charge of designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end parts of web applications. They need to be skilled in various programming languages and frameworks to build functional and visually attractive web-based solutions. The main goal of a Full Stack Developer is to ensure smooth integration and a seamless user experience throughout all web development layers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement full-stack solutions, merging responsive front-end design with scalable back-end systems. .Net and Angular are ESSENTIAL. Python is a nice addition.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to comprehend project requirements and transform them into technical specifications.
  • Create user-friendly interfaces, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.
  • Construct efficient and secure back-end functionalities, including server-side APIs, database management, and integration with third-party services.
  • Enhance application performance by identifying and resolving technical issues, debugging and troubleshooting code, and implementing performance improvements.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality, usability, and efficiency of the application.
  • Stay updated on the latest web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and continuously enhance the development process.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee effective project execution and timely milestone delivery.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to junior developers or team members when necessary.
  • Maintain code documentation, version control, and compliance with coding standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). With 5+ years of IT experience and 3+ years in .Net, Angular, Javascript, CSS, and React.
  • Profound proficiency in both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design) and back-end (.Net, C#, Python, etc.) programming languages.
  • Experience with popular front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and back-end frameworks Django, Ruby on Rails, Laravel, etc.
  • Knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and optimization in writing SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN), agile development methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design techniques, and front-end performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and efficient debugging and resolution of software defects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team setup.
  • Self-driven and proactive with a keenness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
  • Paying close attention to detail, a dedication to code quality, and the ability to meet deadlines.
