We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payment Processing Specialist to join our team.

The Payment Processing Specialist will be responsible for creating payment proposals, resolving exceptions, conducting deep dive reviews of payment proposals, and ensuring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Create payment proposals when not processed in Shared Service Centers (SSCs) and perform deep dive reviews of all payment proposals.


  • Prioritize payment volumes based on process KPIs, SLAs, and RSLAs to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Monitor and improve process cycle time to optimize efficiency and reduce delays.
  • Ensure strict controllership of spend in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Manage the payment calendar and verify the availability of funds in payment accounts.
  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Maintain historical records for audit and reference purposes.
  • Verify expense reports for employee payments and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Schedule paychecks and ensure timely payment for outstanding credits.
  • Prepare analyses of accounts and generate monthly reports as required.
  • Collaborate with Treasury to continuously improve the payment process.
  • Provide adequate support to the audit team when required.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and lead improvement projects related to payment processing.
  • Ensure zero compliance and financial defects in vendor payments consistently.
  • Adhere strictly to KPIs and SLAs and report any deviations to the Accounts Payable (AP) senior manager.
  • Create specific payment proposals, including Rent Payment Proposal, Employee Advance Payment file, FnF Payment File, Pending Payment for Salary Payment, Employee Reimbursement Payment File, Security Deposit Payment File, and Utility Payment File, as required.
  • Conduct deep dive reviews of payment proposal files in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Manage the payment calendar to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Act as a single point of contact for the management of payment processing activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and problemsolving.
  • Efficiently manage and resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders related to payment processing.
