• Indepth domain knowledge of Order to Cash processes such as Billing, Credit Management, Customer Master Data, Collections, Cash Application and Bank Recs
• Experience in driving transformation projects to successful completion, and ability to work in a global environment
• Able to drive standardization, determine how to fulfill customer requirements, and ensure that endtoend process delivers on its goals of transformation
• Change management experience, with multifunctional team management/collaboration experience
• Strong communications and presentation skills, the ability to make the complex, detailed information clear and actionable
• Problemsolving and conflict resolution capability
• Strong business acumen and curiosity
• An understanding of shared services operating models; experience in a shared services organization
• Working knowledge of leading practices in shared services (e.g., CRM, SLAs, KPIs, metrics, and reporting)
• An understanding of enabling technologies required to support a shared service organization
• Good working knowledge of SAP
• O2C (Transactional Accounting Services)
