JD:

  • Work with customers and prospects to understand their current business challenges and determine how Oracle ERP solutions can support their business objectives.
  • Support sales representatives with prospect/customer qualification, discovery, solution design, RFP response, solution preparation / demonstration and overall sales cycle management.
  • Support Teams as an SME during the sales cycle. Coordinate staffing, deal onboarding, preparation, unified messaging/win themes, dry runs and successful presentations.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations as required
  • Driving Solution Architecture stream for Oracle ERP projects
  • Support various project teams with any critical issues.
  • Support and mentor Oracle team members and aim to create an Oracle practice offshore

_SKILL_

  • Sound knowledge of Oracle Financial Modules & Oracle standard processes including integrations with Procurement/SCM, Projects.
  • Sound knowledge of Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules.
  • Working experience on EBS technical aspects (Workflow, Reports, Forms, Integration etc.) as a Techno-Functional consultant
  • Good exposure to customer facing roles in implementation, Roll Out and Support Engagements.
  • Working experience in Fusion Financials, Fusion Procurement.
  • Well versed with the Life Cycle Methodology (AIM, OUM) for Fusion Projects on Cloud or On-Premise.
  • Experience of conducting CRPs, User training, Estimation.
  • Exposure to in Data Migration and ETL tools
  • Knowledge on intramodule dependencies for
  • O2C, P2P, Project Accounting, payroll and HR processes
  • Should be able to interact with customer business/IT teams & convey the solution.
  • Should have experience in performing asis assessments & suggest tobe processes/functionality.
  • Should be able to guide technical team for components within the Financials scope.
  • Good communication & articulation skills.
  • Experience to guide / mentor delivery teams with artefacts / tools / accelerators.
  • Able to support various RPFs and proposals by providing technical expertise.
Added Advantage

  • Ability to lead a development and even code if required. Exposure to Scrum and SAFe approaches would be an advantage
  • Experience of AWS Cloud
Qualifications
- _B.Tech. or equivalent degree from a reputed university_
- _Related Oracle Certification is desirable_

Experience:

  • Hands on experience in Oracle EBS for at least 5 years as Architect with total 12 years of experience
