Position Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and analytical Corporate Merchandiser to join our vibrant team. The perfect candidate will oversee inventory, analyze sales data, enhance visual merchandising, and maintain relationships with multi-brand retailers (MBO). This position is vital in ensuring our product offerings meet market demand and add to the company's overall profitability.

Candidate must have prior experience in the luxury sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize overstock situations across stores.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely restocking and efficient inventory turnover.

2. Sales Analysis:

  • Analyze sales data to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, product trends, and inventory status.

3. Visual Merchandising:

  • Develop and implement attractive product displays to elevate the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product displays align with promotional activities and brand guidelines.

4. Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Utilize market research to make informed decisions about product placement and promotional strategies.

5. Pricing Strategy:

  • Assist in setting and adjusting prices to maintain competitiveness and profitability balance.
  • Monitor pricing trends and provide recommendations for price adjustments as necessary.

6. Promotional Planning:

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional activities that enhance product visibility and drive sales.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in merchandising, inventory management, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with inventory management software.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time role based in our corporate office.
  • Occasional travel to retail sites as necessary.
