About the role:

We are looking for a skilled 5- 8 years experienced Associate Technical Architect with expertise in

SQL, Python, PySpark, and Azure Data Factory (ADF) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing data solutions that leverage the defined tech stack for data processing using ADF for orchestration and data movement.

What you'll do for us:

  • Active participation in the Blueprint phase to understand and finalise the technical integration requirements along with any data gaps.
  • Review and analyse the data provided by the customer along with its technical/functional intent and interdependencies.
  • Ensure smooth operations of o9's cloud-based solution, supporting continuous integration and delivery processes.
  • Understand the o9 platform's data model (table structures, linkages, optimal designs) post-go-live for maintaining, debugging, and enhancing various planning use cases.
  • Build data ingress or egress pipelines, handling of huge volume of data and developing data transformation functions using languages such aa python, pyspark, SQL etc.
  • Integration of various data sources definitions like Teradata, SAP ERP, SQL Server, Oracle,
  • Sybase, ODBC connectors & Flat Files through API or batch.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Incorporate o9 ways of working and embed the industry standards for smoother project executions.

What you should have:

  • 5-8 years of experience in SDLC with key emphasis on architecting, designing, and developing solutions using SQL, Python, PySpark languages along with ADF, Airflow orchestrator experience.
  • Ability to take complete ownership of work and deliver with minimal management oversight.
  • Proactive mindset and the right attitude to embrace the agility of learning.
  • Handson Experience with Deltalake is preferred.
  • Experience with Supply chain planning applications is preferred.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), AZURE, Google Cloud Infrastructures preferred.
