We are looking for an experienced draftsman who can join immediately

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings for residential and commercial projects.
  • Create architectural drawings based on building specification, calculations sketches.
  • Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed.
  • Coordinating documents related to sanction with the clients and ensuring all details are correct.
  • Develop electrical and structural designs to incorporate into architectural drawings.
  • Work with architect to ensure that construction project is in accordance with design specifications.
  • Ensuring to adhere to the industry standards and safety regulations at all times.
  • To ensure architectural working drawings are done on time keeping the deadlines.
  • Selection of floor tile, roof tile and sanitary fittings to be coordinated on time as per construction quote.
  • Automation, structural, solar, landscaping and mep consultants to be coordinated as per discussion with architect.
Years of Experience: 3-6yrs
