Administrative Executive


Job Summary:

The Administrative Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office. This position involves managing daily administrative tasks, supporting senior staff, and enhancing workplace productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management: Manage office supplies, maintain office equipment, and ensure a tidy and functional office environment.

Scheduling and Coordination: Organize calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and handle accommodations for senior staff.

Document Handling: Prepare, organize, and store documents including reports, presentations, and other correspondence.

Financial Tasks: Assist with budgeting, manage expense reports, and handle invoicing and basic bookkeeping.

Event Management: Coordinate the logistics of corporate events and meetings.

Support Functions: Provide comprehensive support to executives, including conducting personal errands as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with industryspecific software or tools.
  • Experience in supporting Clevel executives.
