Om de groei van het audit team te verstevigen is QRS - Quality Recruitment Services op zoek naar een gedreven Senior Audit Manager .
Als adviespartner biedt onze klant advies op maat van de specifieke wensen van de eindklanten en wordt er een reële toegevoegde waarde gecreëerd.
Jouw functie:
- In deze rol zal je leidinggeven aan de audit teams in de bank- en verzekeringssector.
- Je adviseert, begeleidt en stuurt de (senior) auditors in jouw teams aan, je rapporteert de voortgang van jouw teams aan de audit partners en staat in voor de budgetopvolging van jouw teams.
- Als leidinggevende zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het sturen, coachen en opleiden van junior auditors. Het spreekt voor zich dat je hen met raad en daad bij staat en dat je verantwoordelijk bent voor de evaluatie van de collega's in jouw teams.
- Als Senior Audit Manager neem je de belangrijke en meer complexe opdrachten voor jouw rekening.
- Je staat in voor het risicobeheer inclusief ISQC1, je bewaakt de processen van de klanten en je brengt de eventuele risico's in kaart.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor gevorderde financiële analyses en houdt rekening met budgetten en KPI's.- Je staat in voor de opvolging van de urenstaten van de leden van jouw auditteam.
- Je neemt deel aan de planningsactiviteiten en technische werkgroepen in het kader van jouw functie.
- Je houdt je ogen en oren open voor het ontwikkelen van nieuwe projecten en het aanbrengen van eventuele nieuwe klanten.
- Je bent actief in diverse proces- en datamining activiteiten van een uitgebreid portfolio.
- Je communiceert en rapporteert op heldere wijze aan het auditcomité, raden van bestuur en ondernemingsraden.
- Je beoordeelt nauwkeurig jaarrekeningen rekeninghoudend met courante wetgeving, wettelijke en entiteitspecifieke vereisten.
Vereisten Wie zoeken we?:
- Je bent volop bezig met het behalen van of je bezit reeds de beroepstitel van auditor voor de banksector
- Je hebt reeds aantoonbare ervaring met auditdossiers in de verzekeringssector
- Uiteraard bezit je sterke probleemoplossende en analytische vaardigheden
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Engels en bezit een degelijk niveau van het Frans
- Je bent IT-minded en kan vlot nieuwe IT-toepassingen onder de knie krijgen
- Je bent een vaandeldrager van de organisatie en draagt de kwaliteiten waar onze klant voor staat uit
- Je hebt leiderschapskwaliteiten: Je haalt het beste uit anderen naar boven, je stimuleert jouw medewerkers om het beste van zichzelf te geven
- Je hebt oog voor procesverbeteringen waar mogelijk en optimaliseert waar het kan
- Je bent een bruggenbouwer, iemand die klanten weet te overtuigen met kennis en daadkracht
- Je bent bereid (of reeds in staat) om prospecten om te zetten in tevreden klanten

Requirements
- Kandidaten met een passie voor of een gemotiveerde interesse voor dossierbeheer in een boekhoudkantoor (in dit geval zal je jouw motivatie goed moeten toelichten). - Kandidaten met een bachelor-diploma Accountancy OF kandidaten die reeds een eerste werkervaring in een fiduciaire kunnen voorleggen. - Mensen die bereid zijn om in functie van hun werk zich regelmatig bij te scholen. - Naast kandidaten met de juiste motivatie en/of ervaring zoeken we vooral ook TOFFE medewerkers (je hebt een leuke persoonlijkheid, je beseft dat een leuke babbel met collega's de sfeer op kantoor aangenaam maakt, je bent leergierig en hulpvaardig).
