The Project Engineer primary role of providing the necessary planning, organization, coordination, and direction of the project managers to meet the profit and growth objectives of Mordec Global. Also provides the project management team resources to act for the company in matters pertaining to the successful progress and completion of assigned projects according to established schedules and specifications. He will assist in the marketing and sales activities of the company, including business development, sales, direct customer relations, estimating, bidding, pricing and project negotiations. The Project Engineer performs basic engineering for selected projects as assigned for HVAC, Clean room Project with the oversight of the Sr. Project Engineer.

Responsibilities

Preparation and assisting the Senior HVAC Sr Project Engineer in the HVAC design calculations, drawings, specifications, and execution of HVAC/CRP Projects;

Participation in design progress and design coordination meetings;

Check from a functional point of view of the coordination drawings and interior/architectural drawings coming from the customer;

HVAC/CRP design engineering and designing contents as assigned;

Support the senior project team in the overall implementation of the HVAC/CRP engineering strategy and framework for the designated project; Responsible for the review of any and all construction documents for the purpose of complete familiarization of the assigned project Complete and manage all RFI's, change orders, submittals, procurement logs and quotes. Ensure all project team members are fully informed of this information. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Provides resources and direction to successfully manage assigned projects.

To assure an acceptable profit level by completing all assigned projects within or below the estimated budget.

To maintain a 100% on time completion record. Complete all assigned projects to the satisfaction of the client.

Developing of Documents including project specifications and detailed engineering drawings utilizing AutoCAD.

Defines, generates and reviews project requirements documentation;

Ensure all systems, design information, procedures and quality systems are effectively communicated to sub-contractor (for example commissioning or installation sub-contractors).

Qualifications

University Degree in in a relevant engineering discipline and a relevant professional qualification;

Project Engineering experience.

Technical Competences

Previous HVAC/CRP engineering experience and a subject matter expert in the discipline of HVAC/Clean room engineering discipline are required;

Up-to-date relevant knowledge of the HVAC/Clean room engineering and industry best practice, appropriate to the relevant discipline;

Knowledge in design of machinery for HVAC/Clean room design and related components;

Proven working experience in Clean room Industry

HVAC/Clean room Industry certifications considered.

At least 2-3 year of work experience as project engineer for HVAC/Clean room systems;
