Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage software usage/installations and report license position.
  • Gives advice on the use of software licenses and takes action to become compliant.
  • Identifies structural problems relating to claims, cancellations, penalties, and contract changes.
  • Analyzes the problems and advises management on possible solutions.
  • Makes recommendations to improve efficiency and to reduce or avoid costs.
  • Improve processes/policies/guidelines for deployment of licenses, procurement of new licenses and software changes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and of working in a SaaS environment.
  • Work on service now architecture for onetoone and one to many connections.
  • CMDB Implementation & Integrations between SNOW and various data sources should have good knowledge and understanding of CIs and its relationships and Business Applications.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Exposure to global customers.
  • Comfortable to work in any shifts.
  • Strong technical skills / domain expertise.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and other such technologies.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery.
  • Implementation, integration, java script, UI policies, UI action, workflow, business rule, client.
  • Able to train users and analyze new SNOW functionality requests.
  • Proficient Functional knowledge of all ITSM module of ServiceNow.

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree
