About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you'll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

·Process researchrequests for an Investment Banking engagement, effectively and efficiently,selecting and utilizing the relevant internal and external information sources

·Execute researchrequests on German and Austrian (and Swiss) companies. Required looking intodocuments and find requested data and bookmark and write down into email (inGerman or English if client is not German), e.g.: find revenues, EBITDA etc. inAnnual Accounts etc.

·Conduct news runs inGerman and English

·Utilize quantitativeand qualitative secondary research products for data collection includingfinancial databases.

·Knowledge of businessresearch fundamentals and understanding of financial concepts

·Conversant withseveral types of company filings, including German private company fillings

·Engage with requestorsto understand their requirements better and deliver on time as per deadlines

· Required to work inEMEA coverage – 13:00 IST to 22:00 IST

Skills we're looking for:

·Strong written andverbal communication skills in German language

·Preferred knowledge ofGerman data sources such as of Handelsregister (Germany Commercial Register),Firmenbuch (Austrian Company House), Unternehmensregister (Bundesanzeiger –German Annual Filings), Creditreform (Company Information, Company ownershipstructure), Factiva, German Federal Statistical Office, German content inStatista, company homepages

·Good accounting andfinancial skills

·Good MS Office skills& presentation skills

·Ability to understandand formalize required end deliverables within defined timelines

·Ability to identifyproactive ways to contribute to firms goals & mission. Must have goodlateral thinking, be decisive and self-confident

Educationand certification

·MBA or equivalent

·Native German fluencyor CEFR C2 certificate
